Hi, I'm Olivia, a mindfulness coach and mum of two.
I realised long ago that people were my passion - what makes them tick, how they make life choices, what brings them peace, or stops them finding it. After a degree in Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford, and a chapter working with senior execs across education and the arts (plus a few years singing jazz in bars and at weddings), I decided that helping people find their happy was how I wanted to spend my working life. So I trained as a mindfulness and wellbeing coach to support women through challenging times.
When I pressed pause on work to have my first baby in 2012, the traumatic birth and postnatal struggles hit me like a train. Add to that a cocktail of anxiety, grief and loss over the last 15 years - plus COVID and the everyday technicolour rollercoaster of parenting! - and I have learned over and again how critical mindfulness and self care are to the wellbeing of the whole family.
Now, I work with women online and across West London to welcome more calm, confidence & compassion into the chaos of everyday life. Because it’s hard, but it’s so much easier when we work together.
I look forward to meeting you :)
